When cancelling your Holiday House Deals subscription, the following applies:
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time
Your weeks will continue to rollover in the background
Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro rate remaining subscriptions & withdraws your entries to competitions you’ve previously entered
After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the HHD membership for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for

The process for changing your plan will depend on your payment method. You can find instructions for each payment type below.
If you purchased your subscription directly via debit or credit card on our website, we can alter your plan manually for you.

If you would like to change your plan, you will first need to cancel your current subscription within Paypal. Once your current plan expires, you will need to resubscribe within the HHD Membership.

Please note: you will still have full access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, regardless of when you cancel.
As per our Billing Terms, we do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason or believe you have experienced extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to contact our Support Team to discuss this further.

How do I change the email address associated with my HHD account?
If you have entered an incorrect email address, or are wanting to change the log in email for your HHD membership account, you can simply and easily do so from your membership account!
The $1 Trial to the HHD Membership is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to the HHD community! The trial will allow you to access all our giveaways, deals and discounts available exclusively to HHD members – you get exactly the same as a normal subscription! To get started, simply join up as a member.
At the end of your Trial, unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically rollover to a monthly subscription with Holiday House Deals. If you would like to subscribe to a different payment plan at the end of the trial period, please follow the instructions outlined in the instructions earlier. If you do not wish to continue on to a paid subscription with HHD at the end of your trial period, you will need to cancel your subscription prior to the 7th day. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours prior to the expiry of your trial to ensure a charge is not processed.
Updating the payment details for your HHD subscription will be based on your method of payment:
If you subscribed using PayPal, you will need to change the details within your PayPal account. This might involve updating the card that you have attached to the account.

How do I update and change my payment details?
To change or update the card used for your subscription, please reach out to our Support Team. We will provide a unique Credit Card URL that you can use to update your details directly within your HHD membership account.
HHD is a subscription based membership that will charge to your selected payment method, each billing cycle, on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.
Regardless of the subscription type you choose, you will have full access to all available features and content within the HHD membership.
Subscriptions are available for a minimum period and are required to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date, if you do not wish to continue. We are unable to provide refunds for subscriptions that have been cancelled during their initial term, however we encourage you to contact our Support Team if you are experiencing any issues.
After cancelling, please keep in mind that while you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the HHD membership once your subscription has expired. If you have entered a competition/s during this period and the competition has not closed, your entry/entries will be withdrawn.
Upon subscribing to HHD, you agree to subscription fees and other charges relating to the subscription being billed automatically to the nominated payment method provided by you, on the renewal date of your term.
Subscription fees will apply regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
Promotional trials / discounts / coupons
Subscriptions may rollover to full-priced memberships at the end of all promotional trials, discounts, offers or coupons unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the promotional period, or unless stated otherwise. The following period’s fees and charges will be charged to your nominated payment method. Rollover subscriptions will continue until terminated.
