You lease and manage the Property on a short term basis for the purposes of holiday rental and agree to provide the nominated Prize for inclusion in competition-style promotional activities run by Us (Holiday House Deals Pty Ltd).

At the end of the promotion we shall notify you of the winner's name so that they can contact you to redeem the Prize. You agree to provide the Prize to the winner and make every reasonable effort to enable the winner to redeem their Prize without any cost to Us or the winner.

You agree to accept and treat the winner of the Prize the same as You would for any paying guest to stay at the Property. You agree to indemnify and hold Us and our directors and employees harmless, from any liability associated with the winner redeeming or using the Prize.

You warrant to Us that You own or have the right to licence the Intellectual Property Rights associated with the content of Your advertising and promotional material. You automatically grant to Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, copy, display and distribute the content of such advertising or promotional material and to prepare derivative works of the content or incorporate the content into other works in order to publish the content and promote the Prize.

We shall at our sole discretion determine the promotional content, platforms and period of the promotion and may modify as we see fit. We do not guarantee or warrant any levels of performance or benefit of any promotional activities to You.

Submission of the promotion form is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and in combination with the submitted form details this embodies the entire agreement between the parties except to the extent it is confirmed in writing and signed by the parties.
